Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions, a global leader in mining and infrastructure equipment and solutions, is seeking a Systems Business Analyst. This role is responsible for aligning IT solutions with business operations by evaluating systems, analyzing performance, and recommending improvements. The successful candidate will drive efficiency and support decision-making processes through effective system analysis and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate company systems and processes
• Develop objectives to streamline company procedures
• Analyze performance data and format reports
• Research hardware/software needs and economic progressions
• Recommend improvements based on system effectiveness
• Understand business objectives and develop corresponding solutions
• Define both "To Be" and "As Is" processes
• Document and analyze business requirements
• Compile and present key business metrics
• Collaborate with finance and Business Control departments
• Review and audit company financial practices for compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, BSc Software Engineering, or BCom Information Systems
• Must be physically and medically fit to work in a mining environment, including meeting customer vaccination requirements
